MY WELLNESS PHILOSOPHY
I'm a certified fitness coach with over 15 years of experience, and an award-winning competitive bodybuilder who is committed to helping you achieve results. If you want to lose weight, reduce body fat, build muscle, augment your metabolism, and improve your health, then this may be the most important web site you will ever visit. Why?

I am 110% devoted and dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. My program focuses on building a leaner, firmer, and stronger physique. You will burn fat, build muscle, increase endurance, and strengthen your heart. Also, you will boost your energy level, decrease stress, and significantly enhance your overall well-being. My program is:

INDIVIDUALIZED    I will tailor your regime. Initially, I will focus on your current conditioning level and experience. Then going forward, I will develop and modify methods specific to your fitness evolution. I do not endorse a “one size fits all” fitness attitude.

COMPREHENSIVE    I will educate you on proper nutrition, and create stimulating resistance, cardiovascular, and flexibility training.

REALISTIC    To allow for the best opportunity to reach your desired goals, your program will be quite challenging. Yet, it will not be extend beyond your skill sets or abilities.

ADAPTABLE    Your workouts will include plenty of variety and will continuously change. The bar will adjust as you reach and surpass each benchmark.

ENJOYABLE    I will increase your likelihood of goal attainment and maintain consistent training by creating a program that is fun. You will not “dread” your workouts or feel anxious about coming to the gym.
